The mannequins were polished; every belt and bow perfectly secured, and at 10.30am yesterday we were ready to show our Autumn-Winter 2011 collection to the sartorial press here in Central London.
For the second season in a row our creations were housed in the spacious "Regents Lofts" in Soho. The floor to ceiling white gives us the perfect blank canvas on which to showcase designs. This year we added huge prints of our black and white backstage shoot, which provided a contrast to what was undoubtedly our most colourful Autumn collection to date!
From reds to greens to mustard and blue - colour is going to be key to your autumnal wardrobe this year, following through from the colour blocking trend we've seen this Spring-Summer (good news for those of you already working this look!). One of our favourite looks at the press event was the blocking of mustard yellows and burgundy reds all topped off with gorgeous, sophisicated headwear.
You'll see across all of our snaps that bright tights are going to be everywhere! The key here is ensuring you get the highest denier possible (we're talking 100+) to ensure you nail the solid colour block effect.
Pinks and purples added a highlight of brights to the collection which flowed right through to shoes and accessories. Greens and blues were rolled into sophisticated evening and going out looks which mixed fur and embellishment. Palazzo style trousers and pleated shorts and skirts complete the looks, following through from the trends and shapes we've been seeing this Spring-Summer.

Of course, if we're talking about autumnal product, we can't leave out the warming, comforting feeling that can only come from a chunky piece of knitwear! The theme of colour followed through this area too, making it feel fresh and modern. We layered bright patterend knits over wet-look leggings and paired them with studded footwear for a girlie look with edge...we loved it so much it almost made us wish away the summer...
Whilst colour is clearly a very strong message for the next season, we couldn't possibly have an Autumn-Winter collection without featuring the one colour that is not only flattering, but always in-style, season after season: black. With everything from our increasingly popular body-con dresses to drop-back sheer blouses and leather shorts, black will be far from boring next season. The mix of textures, embellishment and new styles will keep it fresh and see you through from morning to night!
So there you have it, just a little sneak-peak into our next collection! Of course we haven't even shown you the embellishment, the nudes or the shoes - oh the shoes! We can't wait to show you what the press thought of us...so stay tuned and we might just treat you to a video soon!
